§ 29-33. Operation of nonlicensed motorized vehicles.

Latest version.

No person shall operate a nonlicensed motorized vehicle in any park or recreational facility unless in an area specifically designated for such use by the director. Nothing in this Code prevents the use of motorized wheelchairs or similar devices used by persons with disabilities.
