§ 29-32. Use of nature trails, pedestrian paths, etc.

No persons other than those authorized by the director shall operate a motorized vehicle upon natural trails, pedestrian paths, bikeways or bridle paths, specifically designated and established for such use. Nothing in this Code prevents the use of motorized wheelchairs or similar devices used by persons with disabilities.
