§ 6-01. Preparation of preliminary development plans.

    Who may prepare plan. Preliminary plans should be prepared by persons having training or experience in subdivision planning or design notwithstanding that a preliminary plan may be prepared by the owner of the land proposed to be subdivided, or any professional architect, engineer, land surveyor, land planner, or landscape architect experienced in the design of subdivisions.

    6-01.2.

    Method of presentation. The preliminary plan shall be drawn to a scale of not less than one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet. The overall size of said plan shall be twenty-four (24) inches wide and thirty-six (36) inches long. The required information may be on one (1) or more sheets as necessary to show the information set forth in the following provision of this article.
