§ 45-3803. Conflict with private agreements.

It is not intended by this chapter to interfere with, abrogate or annul any contracts, easements, covenants or other agreements between private parties; provided, however, that in all cases where this chapter imposes a greater restriction than any private agreement, the provisions of this chapter shall be observed.
