§ 45-3408. Withdrawal of application and reconsideration.

Withdrawal of an application for a change of zoning map or text may be requested prior to a public hearing provided such request is filed in writing to the director of planning and development three (3) days prior to the public hearing; however, if the application is denied by the city council, substantially the same application shall not be reconsidered within one (1) year of denial.
