  § 45-2808. Special building setbacks along expressways, arterials and collector streets.

  • The special setback regulations included in this section shall apply to buildings and structures in all districts abutting any portion of the expressways, arterials and collector streets in the following table 28-3 where the minimum front yard requirements would produce a building line closer to the centerline of the proposed right-of-way than the special building setback requirements listed:
