    Late payment fee:

    Fees, penalties and interest for delinquent charges due to the city shall be calculated and imposed in accordance with Section 2-12.1 of this code. Anywhere the term "late payment fee" or "late penalty fee" occurs in this chapter shall refer to said fees, penalties and interest.

    Industrial customer usage:
