§ 40-8.12. Property of Youth Challenge Of Hampton Roads, Inc.

(a)

That Youth Challenge of Hampton Roads, Inc., a non-profit, non-stock corporation, is designated as an organization that uses its real property for purposes authorized within the context of Section 6(a)(6) of Article X of the Constitution of Virginia.

(b)

Property located in the City of Newport News at 332 34th Street and 3305 Warwick Boulevard and used by it exclusively for charitable and benevolent purposes on a non-profit basis as set forth in subsection (a) of this section, is hereby determined to be exempt from property taxation.
