§ 39-47. Common use of combs, cups, etc.; laundering and handling of swimming suits and towels furnished by management.

(a)

The common use of brushes, combs, towels and drinking cups at public swimming pools is prohibited.

(b)

Swimming suits and towels furnished by the management of a public swimming pool shall be laundered and handled in a healthful and safe manner.
