§ 38-339. Retroactive application of ordinance.

Latest version.

Any permit issued by the city for a special event, parade, or race prior to the adoption of this ordinance and which has not yet occurred, and any applicant for such permit, or sponsor thereof, shall be subject to the provisions of sections 38-336, 38-337, and 38-338.
