§ 33.02-5. Administration of chapter.

The director shall administer this chapter for the city. All plans shall be submitted to the director, who shall coordinate site plan reviews with other city departments as necessary and shall approve, conditionally approve (with plan discrepancies) or not approve (with plan discrepancies) such plans according to the provisions of this chapter.
