§ 2-221. Responsibilities.

  • The office of risk management shall be responsible for the establishment, administration, direction and supervision of comprehensive programs which will result in the preservation of the city's assets and public service capabilities. It will further manage the city's general liability, automobile, workers' compensation and all other self-insurance programs, and be responsible for the determination, placement and management of other required insurance coverages.
