§ 2-112. Payment for accrued paid personal leave upon termination of employment.

  • Any employee who leaves the employment of the city for whatever reason shall be entitled to payment for any accrued paid personal leave, provided the employee has been employed in an active pay status for at least one (1) month. Should termination be due to death, payment for accrued paid personal leave shall be paid to the spouse, or if there be no spouse, then to the deceased employee's estate.
