§ 2-21.1. Work session meetings.

If needed, work sessions of the council may be held prior to the regular meetings established by section 2-21, without need for call and notice of special meeting under section 2-22. Except as necessary to fill vacancies created by death, disability or resignation, appointments to boards, commissions, authorities and committees shall take place at the work session on the second Tuesday of March, June, September and December.
