§ 29-40. Regulations for horses and ponies.

Latest version.

No person shall bring, ride or drive a horse or pony within the limits of any park or recreational facility not provided with city-maintained bridle paths or other areas designated or approved for such use by the director. Where such areas are provided, no person shall leave a horse or pony unattended.
