§ 29-37. Making fires.

  • No person shall make a fire in any park or recreational facility other than in grills, fireplaces or other areas as designated and approved for such use by the director. All fires shall be closely monitored and completely extinguished by persons starting and using them before those persons leave the immediate vicinity.
