§ 26-181. Designation and use of parking spaces.

  • The traffic engineer shall have lines or markings painted or placed on the parking lots governed by this division, for the purpose of designating the parking spaces, and each vehicle parked in such a lot shall be parked within the lines or markings so established. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle across any such line or marking, or to park such vehicle in such position that the same shall not be entirely within the area so designated by such lines or markings, and it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in any place in such parking lot except within the spaces indicted for such parking.
