§ 22-7. Perpetuation and maintenance of Martha Woodroof Hiden Virginiana Collection.

The Newport News Public Library System shall perpetuate and maintain the Martha Woodroof Hiden Virginiana Collection transferred to the city by the Newport News Public Library, Incorporated, together with future additions thereto, as a reference collection not subject to separation, circulation or withdrawal.
