Chapter 21. HOTELS AND SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 21-22. Does not authorize operation of establishment not conforming to laws and ordinances.

No permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be construed as authorizing the operation of any hotel or motel that does not conform to the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city applicable thereto.
