Chapter 21. HOTELS AND SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 21-15. Permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, conduct or operate any hotel or motel in the city, unless he has a valid permit to do so issued pursuant to this chapter. The permit shall be posted in a public place in a conspicuous location for public viewing. Proof of an applicable permit shall be the burden of the permittee.
