Chapter 21. HOTELS AND SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 21-12. Letting same room more than once in one night.

It shall be unlawful for any person to let any room in any hotel or motel in the city more than once between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the next day, except in the case of a pre-scheduled and documented business contract.
