§ 19-44. Evictions and moveouts.

For removal by the city of solid waste placed at curbside as the result of evictions and moveouts of persons from real property, the real property owner shall pay to the city a collection fee in accordance with the following:
(1)

Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per truckload or part thereof if requested prior to placement at curbside.

(2)

Three hundred dollars ($300.00) per truckload or part thereof if not requested prior to placement at curbside.
