§ 17-5. Sale of condemned food.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer to sell or expose for sale any food that has been condemned by the health officer, or any similar officer of any governmental agency, whether it be the federal, state, city or county government, as being unfit or unsafe for human consumption.
