§ 15-29. Carver Voting Precinct boundaries.

The Carver Voting Precinct shall be composed of the territory situate, lying and being within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the centerline of Mercury Boulevard and the eastern right-of-way of the CSX main line; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern right-of-way of the CSX main line to the centerline of Main Street; thence in an easterly direction along the centerline of Main Street to its intersection with the eastern boundary line of the City of Newport News; thence in a southerly direction along said boundary to the centerline of Mercury Boulevard; thence westerly along said centerline to the eastern right-of-way of the CSX main line, the point of beginning.
