§ 27.19. Saving clause.

In the event that any portion, section or provision of this charter shall be declared illegal, invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other portion, section or provision hereof, but all parts of said charter not expressly held to be invalid shall remain in full force and effect.
