§ 27.03. All assets and property to be owned by consolidated city.

All property, real, personal or mixed, and all other assets of every kind, and wheresoever the same may be situated or located, owned by the political subdivisions comprising this city immediately preceding the effective date of this city shall become the property of this city upon its effective date, and all legal rights or interest of any kind in the aforesaid property which the said political subdivisions had at such time shall fully enure to this city.
